My Wild Wild Life: A kids nature journal
Designing a kid's nature journal filled with fun activities that help unleash the inner explorer within every kid!
A mini wildlife explorer's dream book- that is filled with wildlife activities and journaling pages to keep track of their 'wild wildlife'. Designing a book that incorporates Zookeeper's beautiful illustrations (previously used on bedding) and their values to help bring kids closer the the fascinating things our diverse planet has to offer. Building and curating content such that every page opens to a new adventure. With this journal by their side, they will learn to keep their eye and ears open to the wonders of the natural world and even learn to protect it!

Cover page design
The cover page was constructed using multiple illustrations made for different collections. Hence increasing the difficulty of composing them
The hardbound is end pasted with this beautiful print- the front paper also contains details on who this book belongs to and a space for sticking a picture.
Special compositions
The book also contains enticing special compositions showcasing the diversity our plant has to offer. This served as the major navigation page for the book. As the kid explores from the bottom (water pages) to the top (sky pages).

Making the spreads
Even after intensive planning and thumbnailing recreating the same with the pre-existing assets could be tricky. Hence I made multiple explorations before settling on the final spread.

A big clean up
At the ending of the books the kids are asked to collect the waste scattered throughout the book to make them understand that they should protect the nature around them.
